Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with us here at Coral Cove Collection! We appreciate that online shopping can sometimes be difficult but we want to be sure you are happy with your purchase. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and below is the outline of our shipping and returns policy.
We currently offer shipping to Australia and N.Z.
We endeavour to process all purchases received by 2pm on the same day.
Please allow 3-5 days once you have received a dispatch notice for the item to arrive to you (longer in rural and remote areas)
Packages to N.Z will be sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Shipping within Australia is $9 flat rate.
Shipping within Australia for purchases over $99 is free.
Shipping within N.Z. is $14 flat rate.
Shipping within N.Z. for purchases over $99 is free.
You are eligible for a Full Refund if you:
- Purchased a product at Full Price and have returned the product within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- All monies will be returned excluding the initial shipping costs.
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
You are eligible for an Exchange or Credit Voucher if you:
- Purchased a product at Full Price with a discount code or purchased a sale item.
- Please note: Credit Vouchers are Valid for 6 months.
While every product has undergone a quality control process to ensure items are to the highest standard, if for any reason you do receive an item that you deem to be faulty, please contact us immediately so we can review the product. If deemed to be faulty, we will happily offer a replacement, refund or repair depending on your choice.
If you were shipped the wrong item please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team. We will send you the correct product with a return bag to send back the incorrect product.
Full priced products can be returned for a credit voucher or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on orders to N.Z.
We do not accept returns on earrings, due to sanitary reasons.
EXTRA RETURNS INFO
All items sent in for a return must be received at Coral Cove in the same condition as they left. Tags must be attached and there must be no signs of being damaged, altered or of being worn. Your claim will be denied if an item is received in other than new condition.
All items must be posted in the mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
We will aim to process your return within 48 hours of receiving your returned parcel. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are received by Coral Cove. Coral Cove will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning your product via registered post.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Coral Cove may have made an error.
